Approval Process <br />a. The City Council will evaluate outside requests for decorative lighting and <br />provide approval on a case-by-case basis within 30 days. <br />b. The City Council may designate miscellaneous approvals to the city administrator <br />or his/her designee. <br />c. City Council decisions are final <br /> <br />III.
