CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />January 22, 2025 <br />Engineering <br />IX.3 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Resolution 24-0XX Order Feasibility Report - 2025 Thin Overlay Project <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />See attached Resolution. <br />For several years, the city has been performing thin bituminous overlays in lieu of seal coating as our method of <br />pavement management. Staff has planned for a project in 2025. Past projects have used the MN Chapter 429 <br />Process to assess adjacent properties a portion of the costs. The attached resolution is the first step in the 429 <br />process.
