January 17, 2025 <br />Mark Statz, PE – City Administrator/Engineer <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Reference: Proposal for Engineering Services – 2025 Thin Overlay Project <br />The Feasibility Study, Design, and Bidding Phases as described above will be performed on an hourly basis <br />with an estimated fee of $28,100, including expenses. Additionally, Stantec can perform the Construction <br />Services tasks on an hourly basis with an estimated fee of $18,990, including expenses. This includes 80 <br />hours of construction observation, assumed to consist of part-time observation conducted over the <br />estimated project duration of 4 weeks. These are not-to-exceed fees without prior authorization. This scope <br />and fee assume that the process will commence from start to finish with no interruption of engineering <br />services. <br />This letter and scope of services represents the understanding between the City of Centerville and Stantec <br />in respect to the project and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties and is subject to the <br />current Master Professional Services Agreement between the City and Stantec. <br />If this letter satisfactorily sets forth the conditions of our Agreement, please sign in the space below and <br />return one copy.
