<br />HEX CLIMBERS shall be a vertical climbing challenge featuring 3 to 4 hex shaped stepping surfaces, rising to deck heights of 3’ and 4’. The
<br />climber shall be comprised of 3 to 4 hex shaped stepping surfaces. It shall be constructed of 1-5/16” embossed pipe. The half enclosure shall
<br />comprise an outer upright, cross bars, and enclosure upright constructed of 1" pipe, and spokes of 3/4" x 1" oval tube, all solid welded. All
<br />Versalok Fasteners for deck and component attachment shall be aluminum alloy. All fastening hardware shall be Fastener Style A. The post,
<br />rails, enclosure, and Versalok Fasteners shall be finished in Mira-Cote.
<br />VERTICAL LADDER/LOOK-OUT LADDER shall be designed for use as an entrance and exit for decks of various heights. Each assembly shall
<br />consist of side rails and rungs constructed of 1" pipe, all solid welded. Models shall have threaded inserts in the ends of the side rails and an arch
<br />enclosure. The Kids' Choice enclosure assembly shall consist of top supports, a bottom support, and an arched upright constructed of 1" pipe,
<br />formed, mashed and punched, and vertical infill of 3/4" x 1" oval tube with mounting tabs of 7 ga. sheet, all solid welded. The Tots' Choice
<br />enclosure assembly shall comprise top supports and an arch upright of 1" pipe, spoked infill of 1" tube with mounting tabs of 7 ga. sheet, all solid
<br />welded. The ladders and enclosure assemblies shall have a Mira-Cote finish.
<br />HANDRING BRIDGES shall be overhead climber assemblies. The header assembly shall consist of the header beam, with welded bushing
<br />sleeves and cross bars. The header beam and cross bars shall be constructed of 2-3/8" tube, 12 ga. (except Tots' Choice models which shall have
<br />cross bars of 1" pipe with stubs of 1" tube). The bushing sleeves shall be segments of 1-1/4” OD x 9/16 ID steel pipe. The entire assembly shall be
<br />solid welded. The handrings shall be triangular in shape and constructed of ductile iron, grade 60-40-18. For models with optional end climbers, the
<br />end climber assembly shall be constructed of 1" pipe (except Tots' Choice models which shall be 1" tube), formed. The assembly shall be solid
<br />welded. For models with optional deck enclosures, the enclosure assemblies shall consist of enclosure rails and uprights. The enclosure rails shall
<br />be constructed of 1" pipe (except Tots' Choice models which shall be 1" tube), formed, mashed and punched. The uprights shall be constructed of
<br />3/4" x 1" oval tube (except Tots’ Choice models which shall be 1" tube,) mashed on both ends. The enclosure assemblies shall be solid welded.

<br />this component.) Kids Choice shall also offer attachment to a Nexus post, which shall be constructed of 5" tube, 11 ga. with 5" round end cap s
<br />pressed in at the factory. Each assembly shall include Versalok Fasteners and Fastener Style A and Fastener Style B hardware. The header, end
<br />climber, and enclosure assemblies shall be finished in Mira-Cote. The handrings shall be zinc plated.
<br />HORIZONTAL SPIDER LADDER shall be available in horizontal and inclined configurations. The inclined spider ladder shall have a 1' incline.
<br />The center support rail shall be constructed of 1-7/8" tube, 13 ga. (except Tots' Choice models which shall be 1" pipe) and a series of alternating
<br />"U" loops shall be constructed of 1" pipe. The spider ladder assembly shall be solid welded. The posts shall be constructed and finished in the

<br />The Piston Panel and Gear Panel contain dynamic, user-driven parts sealed behind a transparent, tamper-resistant cover. The Sliding Tile Panel
<br />contains 15 routed, moveable tiles with one empty space challenging users to shift the tiles into proper sequence. The Calypso 3-Drum Panel allows
