City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 12, 2025 <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for Council to make modifications if needed. Council Member <br />Koski requested that on page 6 of 16, Item #3, second paragraph, second sentence “if” be changed to “it” <br />and “quiet” be changed to “quite”. <br />Motion by Council Member Mosher, seconded by Council Member Rios, to Approve the City <br />Council Minutes dated January 22, 2025, with the noted changes. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. February 12, 2025, City Council Work Session & Council Meeting <br /> <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for Council to make modifications if needed. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Council Member Rios, to Approve the City Council <br />Minutes dated February 12, 2025, as presented. Special Event Permit Application - Midwest Multisport Races/Kelly’s Korner – <br />Shake Your Shamrock, March 15, 2025 <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for members to pull items for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Council Member Koski, to Approve the Consent <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Ordinance XXX Second Series, Amending Chapter 156 of City Code (and Table of Allowed <br />Uses) – Second Reading <br />Interim City Administrator Lewis stated that this was the second reading for several modifications to City <br />Code, Chapter 156 and the Table of Allowed Uses. She reviewed the modifications with council. <br /> <br />Lengthy discussion was had regarding the M-2 density requirement amendment and that the information <br />should be forwarded back to the Planning & Zoning Commission for density and parking revisions. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Golden, seconded by Council Member Rios to approve Ordinance #141, Second <br />Series, Amending Chapter 156 of City Code and the Table of Allowed Uses Except for the Revision <br />of the M-2 from 12-45 to 12-30 Units & Forward Back to the P & Z Commission for Additional <br />Research Along with Parking Revisions. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
