City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 12, 2025 <br /> <br />X. COUNCIL/ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMETS <br /> <br />Administrator/Engineer Report – Interim Administrator Lewis stated that the report was <br />contained in the packet and provided Council with a brief review. <br /> <br />1. Council Report <br /> <br />a. Kubat - <br />(i) Parks & Recreation Committee – Council Member Kubat stated that there was no <br />meeting in March, but he was looking forward to upcoming projects of the Committee. <br />(ii) Centennial Fire District Steering Committee – Council Member Kubat gave no report <br />was given. <br /> <br />b. Koski – He thanked the RCWD for the ability to obtain the grant for the City Hall Campus Re- <br />Use Project. <br /> (i) Planning & Zoning Commission – Council Member Koski gave no report but stated that <br />he was unable to attend the April meeting. <br />(ii) Centennial Fire District Steering Committee – Council Member Koski stated that the <br />Fire Steering Committee meeting would be held Thursday, April 17. He stated that the <br />meeting would take place at Station 1 located in Circle Pines. <br />(iii) Anoka County Fire Protection Council – Council Member Koski gave no report. <br /> <br />c. Rios - <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Rios gave no report. She did state <br />that two individuals have submitted applications for the open seat. <br /> <br />d. Mosher – <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Mosher gave no report. <br />(ii) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board – Council Member Mosher <br />gave no report. <br /> <br />e. Golden – <br />(i) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board – Mayor Golden gave no report. <br />(ii) North Metro Telecommunications Commission – Mayor Golden stated that there would <br />be a Special Session of the Executive Board to be held on March 19 to address the search <br />for new director. <br />(iii) Other Mayoral Reports – Mayor Golden stated that one of the City’s snowplows broke <br />down during a recent snowstorm and that she wanted residents to be heard and thanked <br />them for their patience. <br /> <br />Mayor Golden stated that the LaLonde residence was set for demolition soon. <br /> <br />Mayor Golden also reported that the Council would be holding a public hearing on the <br />2025 Thin Mill & Overlay Street Project on March 26 along with the Inflow & Infiltration <br />Program guidelines. <br /> <br />f.
