City of Centerville <br />City Council Work Session & Meeting Minutes <br />March 26, 2025 <br />Discussion ensued regarding the job description, modifications suggested by the Personnel Committee <br />along with the pay range as comparable positions were from $110,000 to $140,000. Ms. Woulfe stated <br />that the position would be posted on the League of MN Cities, Career website on Friday. <br /> <br />No motion was required. <br /> <br />X. COUNCIL/ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCMENTS <br /> <br />1. Administrator/Engineer Report Î Interim City Administrator Lewis stated that her report was <br />contained in the packet and that she would be happy to address any questions from the Council. She <br />provided the Council with a brief review. <br /> <br />2.Council Reports <br /> <br />Junior Council Member Wynn stated that all are back from Spring break and testing is ramping up. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser stated that May 2, 2025, was Law Day. He explained that there would be free legal <br />services in the areas of housing, criminal and family law along with expungement or DriverÓs Licenses. <br /> <br />a.Kubat Î <br />(i) Parks & Recreation Committee Î Council Member Kubat stated that the Committee <br />would be meeting the following week. <br />(ii) Centennial Fire District Steering Committee Î Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br /> <br />b. Koski Î <br /> (i) Planning & Zoning Commission Î Council Member Koski stated that the Commission <br />would be meeting the following week. <br />(ii) Fire Steering Committee Î Council Member Koski stated that the meeting was scheduled <br />for April 17, 2025, and in Circle Pines. <br />(iii) Anoka County Fire Protection Î Council Member Koski stated that the meeting was <br />scheduled for April 24, 2025. <br /> <br />c. Rios Î <br />(i) Economic Development Authority Î Council Member Rios reported that the Board <br />interviewed Mr. Lloyd Drilling, and she stated that he will bring a lot of experience. She <br />also stated that the Board approved a grant for FGS Properties, LLC for exterior building <br />painting. She stated that they are housed out of the old Noble Welding building and the <br />entire projectÓs cost was $17,065 with the grant awarded in the amount of $8,782. Council <br />Member Rios stated that Jr. Council Member Wynn attending the meeting. <br /> <br />d. Mosher Î <br />(i) Economic Development Authority Î Council Member Mosher gave no report. <br />(ii) Police Governing Board Î Council Member Mosher gave no report. <br /> <br />e. Golden Î Mayor Golden stated that on April 5, 2025, the Centerville Lions will be hosting their <br />Cadillac Dinner at St. GenevieveÓs Community Parish. She stated that they would be serving <br />Prime Rib. She stated that tickets were $150/couple.
