NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1.Res. #25 Î 014 Î Ordering Improvements & Preparing Plans Î 2025 Thin Mill & Overlay <br />Street Improvement Project <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Lewis stated that a public hearing was held, public input was received, and the <br />Council could consider the item at this time. <br /> <br />Council Member Mosher stated that he was unaware of Mr. LaMotteÓs concerns and felt that for public <br />safety reasons Council may look at this issue. Mayor Golden stated that the item would be researched. <br />Attorney Glaser stated that the city did vacate the roadway. Council Member Koski stated that he would <br />rd <br />recommend the removal of Old Mill Road in the area if the Old Mill Estates 3 Addition is to take place. <br />It was explained that the area is an alternate for the project. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Golden, seconded by Council Member Rios to Adopt Res. #25-014 Î <br />Ordering Improvements & Preparing Plans Î 2025 Thin Mill & Overlay Street Improvement <br />Project as presented. Roll Call: Council Member Rios, Kubat, Koski, Mosher and Mayor Golden <br />all voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2.Res. #25-015 Î Adopting the Inflow & Infiltration Program Guidelines <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Lewis stated that a public hearing was held, an opportunity for public input <br />was given, and the Council could consider the item at this time. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding language, application period, costs will vary regarding what may need to <br />be repaired, time to obtain a quote, submission of the video, project completion, etc. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Council Member Rios to Adopt Res. #25-015 Î <br />Adopting the Inflow & Infiltration Program Guidelines as Amended. Roll Call: Council Member <br />Rios, Kubat, Koski, Mosher and Mayor Golden all voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3.Res. #25-016 Î Supporting Retention of City Zoning Authority <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Lewis reviewed the resolution contained in the packet. She updated that the <br />bills are still in committee and staff are monitoring actions taken on them. She explained that letters were <br />to be forwarded to legislators letting them know that the Council opposes all the bills that pre-empt local <br />control and decision making of municipalities. The resolution repeats the same beliefs. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Golden, seconded by Council Member Kubat to Adopt Res. #25-016 Î Supporting <br />Retention of City Zoning Authority as Presented. Roll Call: Council Member Rios, Kubat, Koski, <br />Mosher and Mayor Golden all voted in favor.
