<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />April 9, 2025 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their Council meeting of April 9, 2025, <br />commencing at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. The meeting was live streamed by North Metro TV. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Golden called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />Not Approved <br />PRESENT: Mayor Nancy Golden <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Darrin Mosher Î Via Zoom (Non-Voting Due to Technical Issues) <br />Council Member Anita Rios <br />Council Member David Kubat <br />Junior Council Member Sophie Wynn (Non-Voting) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: Interim City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for staff and council to add or delete items. Interim City <br />Administrator Lewis stated that there are 2 checks that need to be added to the Consent Agenda Item #1 <br />checks# 37519 - #37521 and echeck# 2402 and voided ck #37511 & 2403E, and New Business Item #3 <br />should be move to Old Business #2. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Kubat to Approve the Set Agenda <br />with the added changes as presented. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members, Kubat, Koski, <br />Rios in favor. Council Member Mosher was unable to vote due to technical difficulties. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPOINTMENTS & PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />1.None <br /> <br />Mayor Golden stated that there are not appointments or presentations but there is one public comment. <br />Mr. Hatem Qahmieh, 7251 Clearwater Drive, stated that he would like to have someone take care of the <br />trees and branches that are located in the creek behind his house. Mayor Golden directed Interim City <br />Administrator Lewis to look into the matter. Council Member Koski asked Attorney Glaser if the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District would manage this or would it be the Department of Natural (DMR). Attorney <br />13 <br /> <br />
