City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 9, 2025 <br /> <br />e. Golden Î <br />(i) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board Î Mayor Golden stated that the <br />Governing Board would be meeting on May 12, 2025. <br />(ii) North Metro Telecommunications Commission Î Mayor Golden statedthat the North <br />Metro Telecommunication Commission had opened a search for an Executive Director. <br />She stated that currently there are two Executive Directors working in a co-director <br />capacity, Mr. Eric Houston and Ms. Danika Peterson. <br />(iii) Other Mayoral Reports Î Mayor Golden stated that she would like to thank the Parks & <br />Recreation Committee for all the work that they do (pickleball, disc golf, and new play- <br />ground equipment). She also thanked the P & Z Committee for all their hard work. She <br />congratulated Mr. Dan Schmitz for this 12-year anniversary. <br /> <br />f. Jr. Council Member Wynn Î Jr. Council Member Wynn stated that prom would be held in two <br />and a half weeks and NHS has been ramping up their senior projects. She stated that Ms. Lauren <br />Klien, a Junior, just broke the school record for track & field and believed that she either numbered <br />1 in state or tied for that place. <br /> <br />g. Attorney Glaser Î Attorney Glaser stated that May 2, 2025, was Law Day. He explained that <br />there would be free legal services in the areas of housing, criminal and family law along with <br />expungement or DriverÓs Licenses. <br /> <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Mayor Golden to adjourn the meeting of April 9, <br />2025, at 8:55 p.m. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members, Kubat, Koski, Rios in favor. Council <br />Member Mosher was unable to vote due to technical issues.
