Most readers <br />think the word ÑyardÒ is anywhere on the property around the house. Staff suggested replacing <br />most instances of the word ÑyardÒ with Ñsetback.Ò Proposed deletions are struck through and new <br />text in blue. <br /> <br />BUILDING LINE. A line, parallel to a lot street line, that passes through the point of the principal <br />building nearest the front said lot line. <br /> <br />SETBACK.
