CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Golden called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Nancy Golden <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Not Approved <br />Council Member Anita Rios <br />Council Member Kubat <br />Council Member Darrin Mosher - Via Zoom <br />Junior Council Member Sophie Wynn (Non-Voting) <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None. <br /> <br /> STAFF: City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br /> <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for staff and council to add or delete items. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Rios, seconded by Council Member Kubat to Approve the Agenda, as <br />presented. Roll-Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members Koski, Kubat, Mosher and Rios. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPOINTMENTS & PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />1.Ms. Connie Moore, Alexandra House <br /> <br />Ms. Connie Moore, Executive Director, Alexandra House introduced herself to Council, provided an <br />overview of services offered, gave a brief history of the organization and stated that they now accept pets <br />with clients. She stated that they have existed for almost 40 years. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore addressed all questions that were asked of her. <br /> <br />V. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />1.
