CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for members to remove items for additional discussion. Council <br />Member Koski requested that Item #5 be removed for additional discussion. <br />1. April 23, 2025, City Council Work Session, Local Board of Appeal & Equalization and City <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Motion by Mayor Golden, seconded by Council Member Kubat to Approve Consent Agenda Items <br />#1 through #4 and Items #6 and #7, as presented. Roll-Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members <br />Koski, Kubat, Mosher and Rios. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Item #5, Council Member Koski thanked Council Member Mosher for his years of service to the <br />community stating that he has served for year on Council, P & R, the Fete des Lacs Parade Committee <br />and assisting stated that Item #5 accepting the resignation of Council Member Mosher. He thanked <br />Council Member Mosher for all his years of service, from Council, Park & Rec, Fete des Lacs Parade, the <br />Centerville Lions and even helping a neighbor during a home fire incident. Council Member Koski stated <br />that Council Member Mosher truly cared about the community and was a wonderful role model to follow. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Mayor Golden, to Approve Consent Agenda Item <br />#5 as presented. Roll-Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members Koski, Kubat, Mosher and Rios. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS. <br /> <br />1.6996 Brian Drive Pond <br />City Administrator Lewis stated that this item was being revisited, that the proposed project to lower the <br />pond affected not only 6996 Brian Drive but 1922, 1932 and 1940 Eagle Trail as all of their backyards <br />abut the pond. Administrator Lewis stated that the council directed staff to forward a letter to these <br />property owners to determine if they were interested in the project.
