Motion carried. <br />X.COUNCIL/ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMETS <br />Administrator Report Î Administrator Lewis stated that the report was contained in the packet <br />and provided Council with a brief review. <br />1.Council Report <br />a.KubatÎ <br />Parks & Recreation Committee Î Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br />(i)Centennial Fire District Steering Committee Î Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br />(ii)Planning & Zoning Commission - Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br />b.Koski- <br />(i)Planning & Zoning Commission Î Council Member Koski stated the next P & Z meeting <br />was scheduled for August 12, 2025. <br />(ii)Centennial Fire District Steering Committee Î Council Member Koski stated that there <br />was a special meeting on August 6, 2025. He stated that the Steering Committee attended <br />the departmentÓs recent training to discuss options for ongoing services through SBM and <br />that it was well attended. He also reported that the Circle Pines City Council was in <br />attendance. Council Member Koski stated that he felt that there was a good exchange of <br />information between all and that the committee wanted to assure firefighters of their <br />options/decisions and that a high level of services would remain to be provided to the <br />community. <br />(iii)Anoka County Fire Protection Council Î Council Member Koski gave no report. <br />c.Rios- <br />(i)Economic Development Authority Î Council Member Rios stated that she had reported <br />on EDA at the last meeting and thank those businesses that participated in providing swag <br />for the EDA bags that were given out at Fete des Lacs. Council Member Rios reports that <br />Junior Council Member Wynn served at a recent Main Street Market and handed out the <br />bags. She stated that Main Street Marekt gets bigger and better every year. Council <br />Member Rios stated that she felt that it was one of the most successful markets that she had <br />been to and thanked all individuals involved in its organization. <br />She thanked all of the volunteers associated with Fete des Lacs. <br />e.GoldenÎ <br />(i)Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board Î Mayor Golden stated next the <br />meeting would be on August 11, 2025. <br />(i)North Metro Telecommunications Commission Î Mayor Golden reported that the <br />commission met on July 16, 2025, and that they passed their 2026 budget. <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />12 <br /> <br />
