CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PARKS & RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville’s Parks & Recreation Committee <br />held their Regularly Scheduled Meeting on Wednesday, November 3, 2024,at 6:30p.m. in Council <br />Chambers at the Centerville City Hall. The Regularly Scheduled Meeting was live streamed at: <br />https://northmetrotv.com/channel-15-live-stream. <br />REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br />Committee ChairpersonHeidi Errickson-Grahekcalled the Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the <br />Parks and Recreation Committee, to order November 3, 2024, at 6:31p.m. <br />1.ROLL CALL <br />Present: CommitteeChairpersonHeidi Errickson-Grahek <br />Committee Member Emem Akpan <br />Committee Member Kathy Freiermuth <br />Committee Member Ashley Fuchs <br />Committee Member Deanna Loomis <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br /> Committee Member Katya Port <br />Also Present: City Administrator, Mark Statz <br />City Council Liaison, Mr.Terry Sweeney <br />II.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Chair Errickson-Grahek stated that there have beenseveral changes to the agenda. Mr. Luke <br />Peterson, Eagle Scout Project and Mr. Devin Grahek, Disc Golf; both would be providing <br />presentations.She also stated that Item #2 under Announcementswould beremoved and that <br />Volunteer Appreciation andTruck or Treat would be discussed. <br />Motion made by Committee MemberPeterson, seconded by Committee Member Fuchsto <br />approve the amended agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />III.AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br />1. Recognition of Ms. Suzanne Seeley –Serving 22 Years on Committee <br />ChairErrickson-Grahek presented Ms. Seeley witha clock for her 22 years of service on Parks & <br />Recreation. She congratulated her and thanked her for heryears of service. Ms. Seeley thanked <br />the committee and welcomed the new members to the Committee. Administrator Statz reviewed <br /> <br />
