APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thompson, seconded by Commissioner Krueger to Approve the <br />Agenda. Roll Call: Commissioner Nelson, Seppala, Thompson, Krueger, Carciofini and <br />Olson, Chair Kalina Aye. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br />1. Variance Request Î 7064 Centerville Road Î Detached Garage. <br /> <br />The owner of a single-family home at 7064 Centerville Road wishes to build a new detached <br />garage on the lot and is requesting variances for three provisions in the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />A public hearing was opened at the last meeting and tabled because the variance application was <br />deemed incomplete after the notice for the public hearing was published.
