Encroachment Agreement, Fence Î 1847 Prairie Drive <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for members to pull items for additional discussion. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Rios to Approve the Consent <br />Agenda Items 1-3, as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />VII.OLD BUSINESS. <br />1.None. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />1.Appointment of Council Member <br />Administrator Lewis stated that there were two candidates that participated in interviews this evening and <br />a prior candidate that had interviewed in July for the vacant council position.She explained that their <br />applications were contained in councilÓs packet.Administrator Lewis explained that the appointment <br />would fill the remaining term of the vacated, January, 2027. <br />Motion by Council Member Rios, seconded by Council Member Koski to Appoint Ms. Linda <br />Broussard Vickers to the Council filling the vacated seat of Carrin Mosher until January, 2027. All <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br />VIII. COUNCIL/ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Administrator Report Î Administrator Lewis stated that the report was contained in the packet <br />and provided Council with a brief review. <br />1.Council Report <br />a. Kubat Î <br />Parks & Recreation Committee Î Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br />(i)Centennial Fire District Steering Committee Î Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br />(ii)Planning & Zoning Commission - Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br />b.
