The Regularly Scheduled Meeting waslive-streamedat: <br />https://northmetrotv.com/channel-15-live-stream. <br />REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Heidi Errickson-Grahekcalled the Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the Parks & <br />Recreation Committee to order on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 6:34 p.m. <br /> <br />1.ROLL CALL <br />Present: Chairperson Heidi Errickson-Grahek <br />Committee Member Emem Akpan <br />Committee Member Kathy Freiermuth <br />Committee Member Ashley Fuchs <br />Not Approved <br />Committee Member Deanna Loomis <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Katya Port <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present:CityClerk, Ms. Teresa Bender <br />City Council Liaison, David Kubat <br /> <br />II.APPROVAL OF AGENDA. <br />1.Call for Changes to the Agenda. <br />Some changes were made before the meeting, and a new agenda was provided. <br />Motion by Committee ChairErrickson-Grahek, seconded by Committee Member Akpanto <br />approve the amended agenda as presentedon this date. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />III.AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES. <br />Mr. Devin Grahek appeared before the Committee to review the Disc Golf Course. The original <br />proposed layout, as well as an updated layout were provided. He stated that the typical price of <br />starter discs is $20. Mr. Grahek reviewed the updates in detail. Work will start on Monday, weather <br />permitting. The hope is to get it completed within a week. A clinic will be held at the Grand <br />39 <br /> <br />
