City of Centerville <br />City Council & Closed Exec. Session Meeting Minutes <br />October 9, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />b. Koski - <br />(i) Planning & Zoning Commission – Council Member Koski stated that there was a work <br />session with Council and the Commission recently were there was great dialogue. He <br />thanked City Planner, Fuerst for the session. <br />(ii) Centennial Fire District Steering Committee – Council Member Koski stated that the <br />next meeting would be on October 20, 2025, at the Circle Pines City Hall. <br />(iii) Anoka County Fire Protection Council – <br /> <br />c. Rios – <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Rios stated that she had not update. <br />She did state that she was looking forward to the Volunteer Appreciation Event and that <br />the P &Z/Council Work Session was extremely insightful. <br /> <br />d. Broussard Vickers - <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Broussard Vickers gave no report. <br />(ii) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board – Council Member Vickers <br />gave no report. <br /> <br />e. Golden – <br />(i) Centennial Lakes Police Governing Board – Mayor Golden stated that she participated <br />in interviews for the administration position. <br />(ii) North Metro Telecommunications Commission – Mayor Golden stated that the next <br />meeting would be in December. <br /> <br />Other Mayoral Reports – Mayor Golden stated that is extremely excited to see the <br />updates to Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park and has notice that there are more users. Mayor <br />Golden stated that she was unable to attend the P&Z/Council Work Session, but she was <br />able to watch on cable. <br /> <br />f. Jr. Council Member Wynn – Junior Council Member Wynn stated that Homecoming was last <br />week and also reported on other events happening at the high school. <br /> <br />g. Attorney Glaser – Attorney Glaser gave no report. <br /> <br />The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, <br />subdivision 3(1) to determine the asking price for real property to potentially be sold (Block 7 & <br />1737 Main Street – City Owned Property. <br /> <br />Mayor Golden read the above statement prior to Recessing the Regularly Scheduled Council <br />Meeting of October 9, 2025, allowing for a five-minute break at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />I.
