City of Centerville <br />City Council & Closed Exec. Session Meeting Minutes <br />October 9, 2025 <br />Mayor Golden, Council Members Broussard-Vickers, Koski, and Rios were present, along with Junior <br />Council Member Wynn, City Administrator Lewis and City Attorney Glaser. <br /> <br />II. ITEMS OF DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1. Block 7 & 1737 Main Street <br /> <br />Administrator Lewis stated that she was looking for directions with regards to marketing, accepting <br />proposals, density desires, etc. associated with these nine parcels. She stated that the city could be <br />selective as the properties were owned by the city. Lengthy discussion ensued regarding negotiations with <br />proposed developers. <br /> <br />III. ADJORNMENT AND RECONVENE REGULARLY SCHEDULED COUNCIL <br /> MEETING <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Golden to Closed the Closed Executive Session and Reconvene the Regularly <br />scheduled Council Meeting at 8:21 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MEETING (Cont’d) <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />No additional discussion was held regarding the item. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gloden to Adjourn the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting of October 9, 2025 <br />at 8:23 p.m. All in favor.
