City of Centerville <br />Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 23, 2025 <br />Redevelopment Plan. He stated that the city’s Met. Council representative appeared before <br />them and discussed their services offered, upcoming density requirements and the 2050 <br />Comprehensive Plan updates. <br /> <br />(ii) Centennial Fire District Steering Committee – Acting Mayor Koski stated that an <br />evaluation of Centennial’s equipment would be completed which would assist with <br />determining values for the merger. <br />(iii) Anoka County Fire Protection Council – Acting Mayor Koski gave no report. <br /> <br />c. Rios – <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Rios gave no report. <br /> <br />d. Broussard Vickers – <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Broussard Vickers stated that she <br />had attended her first EDA meeting and that they will be holding their annual Business <br />Appreciation Event on Monday, October 27, 2025, at the Southern Rail from 5:30-7 p.m. <br />(ii) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board. – Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers gave no report. <br /> <br />e. Golden – Mayor Golden stated that she was unable to attend the Volunteer Appreciation Event, <br />but thanked all volunteers. <br />(i) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board – Mayor Golden stated that a <br />meeting will be taking place in two weeks. <br />(iv) North Metro Telecommunications Commission – Council Member Golden gave no <br />report. <br /> <br />Other Mayoral Reports – <br /> <br />f. Jr. Council Member Sophie Wynn – Junior Council Member Wynn stated that neighborhood <br />kids are very excited about the new equipment at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park. <br /> <br />g. Attorney Glaser – Attorney Glaser gave no report. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to adjourn <br />the meeting of October 23, 2025, at 7:45 p.m. Roll call: Mayor Golden, Acting Mayor Koski, Council <br />Members Broussard-Vickers, and Kubat.
