City of Centerville Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes November 13, 2025 IV. APPOINTMENTS & PRESENTATIONS 1. None. V. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Delinquent Utilities, Garbage, and Assessment Agreements, Etc. Administrator Lewis stated that this is an annual process which allows the City to be repaid through Special Assessments on the property tax bill for outstanding charges for unpaid items. Council asked staff if there were any appeals received prior to this evening's meeting and staff replied none. Mayor Golden opened the Public Hearing at 6:35 p.m. Mayor Golden called for public input and none was received. Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Rios to Close the Public Hearin at 6:40 p.m. Roll call: Mayor Golden, Council Members Broussard Vickers, Koski, Kubat and Rios. Encroachment Agreement — 7037 LaMotte Drive, Fence Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for members to remove items for additional discussion.
