Council Retreat — Strategic Planning Session <br />Due to time constraints, it was the consensus of the Council to continue this item following the regularly <br />scheduled meeting. <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Golden recessed the Work Session at 6:25 p.m. which then would again commence following <br />the regularly scheduled Council meeting allowing for a short break prior to commencing the <br />regularly scheduled Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Golden called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. <br />1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Administrator Lewis stated that Item #IV. Appointments & Presentations, 1. Update from the U of MN <br />on the Empowering Small MN Communities Program will be postponed to the following month. Mayor <br />Golden added PFML under VII. Old Business, 2. <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the Set Agenda <br />as presented.
