Includes up to 8 <br />hours of street sweepin to manage tracking of material on the roadway. <br />I Removals / <br />Removal of a 5 x 10' section of concrete sidewalk to include saw cutting, <br />$2,912.17 <br />f Replacements <br />removal and disposal. Installation of a 5' x 10' section of concrete sidewalk <br />I per plan spec to include 6" of Class 5 Recycle and 4" of concrete. <br />_ Fence to be removed and reinstalled b others. <br />Culvert We will pump the pond down to lower than the 902 proposed invert elevation $44,505.81 <br />Replacement at the pond. We will excavate to install 149' of RCP storm sewer pipe with a <br />flared end section, the last three pipes will be tie bolted at the pond. We will <br />core drill the existing storm sewer structure for a 12" RCP storm sewer pipe <br />and connect the pipe to the structure and sealed with concrete. We will <br />place rip rap at the flared end. The pipe will be bedded in sand. Excess <br />excavated material will be hauled off site for disposal. An allowance of <br />$1000.00 is included for signage. <br />DNR permit is included up to $100.00. _ <br />Restoration �. We will haul in and grade up to 48 cubic yards of black dirt for a depth of 4" J $6,481.71 <br />and place up to 334 square yards of sod per plan <br />1-time sod installation included, sod must be watered and maintained per <br />grower recommendations. <br />Please Note: Irrigation removals, reinstallations, or repairs are not included. <br />Unless otherwise noted, the above proposal does not include the following: permits, private underground utility locates, <br />private underground utility repairs, irrigation repairs, or lawn/landscape restoration. Where applicable, the proposal does not <br />include: hazardous waste assessment or abatement, dewatering or hydro -vac services, tree removal or impact on tree <br />health; blacktop or concrete restoration. <br />Winter Notice: When conditions dictate, the above proposal does not include frost ripping or winter condition management. <br />The above proposal is based on information known at this time; changes in the scope of work will be communicated prior to <br />initiating and will be billed on a time and materials basis. <br />Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement to your property may file a lien against <br />your property if that person or company is not paid for the contributions. Under Minnesota law, you have the right <br />to pay persons who supplied labor or materials for this improvement directly and deduct this amount from our <br />contract price, or withhold the amounts due from us until 120 days after completion of the improvement unless we <br />give you a lien waiver signed by persons who supplied the labor or material for the improvement and who gave you <br />timely notice. We reserve the right to file a lien if payment in full is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. <br />Any additional costs will be added to the bill for interest, legal expenses, attorney fees, and /or collection costs. <br />We Propose hereby to furnish material and labor — complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of: <br />53 <br />
