Includes removal S3,896.70 of the silt fence after vegetation has been established. Includes up to 8 hours of street swee mu to manatee tracking of material on the roadway_ Removals ! Removal of a 5 x 10' section of concrete sidewalk to include saw cutting, $3,748.64 Replacements removal and disposal. Installation of a 5' x 10' section of concrete sidewalk per plan spec to include fi" of Class 5 Recycle and 4" of concrete. Includes coordination of temporary relocation of existing utilities. Utility company fees are not included. Fence to removed and reinstalled by others. Culvert We will pump the pond down to lower than the 902 proposed invert elevation S41,129.79 Replacement at the pond. We will excavate to install 149' of RCP storm sewer pipe with a flared end section, the last three pipes will be tie bolted at the pond. We will core drill the existing storm sewer structure for a 12" RCP storm sewer pipe and connect the pipe to the structure and sealed with concrete. We will place rip rap at the flared end. The pipe will be bedded in rock. Excess excavated material will be hauled off site for disposal. An allowance of $1000.00 is included for signage. i DNR permit is not included. Restoration We will haul in and grade up to 48 cubic yards of black dirt for a depth of 4" $5,230.21 and place up to 334 square yards of sod per plan. 1-time sod installation included, sod must be watered and maintained per mower recommendations. Unless otherwise noted, the above proposal does not include the following: permits, private underground utility locates, private underground utility repair4, Irrigation repairs, or lawn/landscape restoration. Where applicable, the proposal does not include: hazardous waste assessmont or abatement, dewatering or hydro -vac services, tree removal or impact on tree health; blacktop or concrete restoration. Winter Notice: When conditions dictate, the above proposal does not include frost ripping or winter condition management. The above proposal is based on information known at this time; changes in the scope of work will be communicated prior to initiating and will be billed on a time and materials basis. Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement to your property may file a Item against your properly if that person or company is not paid for the contributions. Under Minnesota law, you have the right to pay persons who supplied labor or materials for this Improvement directly and deduct this amount from our contract price, or withhold the amounts due from us until 120 days after completion of the improvement unless we give you a lion waiver signed by persons who supplied the labor or material for the improvement and who gave you timely notice. We reserve the right to File a lien If payment In full is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. Any additional costs will be added to the hill for Interest, legal ex nses, attorne fees and tar collection casts.
