SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT <br />WAIVER OF HEARING AND APPEAL <br />AGREEMENT made this day of , 2026, by and between the <br />City of Centerville, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"), and Amy Stieve (also known as <br />married name: Amy Boddie) and Anthony Boddie ("Property Owners"), a married couple. <br />i UP19PAT C <br />A. Property Owner(s) are the fee owners of the following described real property, <br />located in the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property"): <br />PIN #23-31-22-41-0051 <br />6996 BRIAN DRIVE <br />LOT 20, BLOCK 2, CENTER VILLA <br />Property Owner has agreed to participate in the City's program for cost share (City of <br />Centerville's portion of entire project, ($39,600) and ($18,196.40) — Participating Property <br />Owners Portion. There are a total of four (4) properties that are involved with this cost share <br />project: 6996 Brian Drive (major cost share portion - $14,196.40) + an additional $3,000 if an <br />Xcel Energy transformer is required to be relocated, 1922 Eagle Trail (private agreement with <br />6996 Brian Drive agreeing to pay their portion - $2,000), 1932 Eagle Trail - $2,000 and 1940 <br />Eagle Trail - $2,000. This project is authorized by City Resolution 923-017. <br />C. Said drainage measures proposed with this project will be completed by Olson's <br />Sewer Services, Inc. on behalf of the City of Centerville. Said project portion to individual <br />property owner will not exceed the amount assessed through this agreement. <br />E. The costs to be incurred for the Improvement is the amount of the special <br />assessment listed below: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR MUTUAL <br />COVENANTS, THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City will assess the Subject Property $14,196.40 unless an Xcel Energy <br />transformer is required to be relocated - $17,196.40. The special assessment <br />-1- <br />56 <br />
