CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission was held in Council Chambers on Tuesday, February 4, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. <br />REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />Not Approved <br />1.Roll Call <br />Present: Chair Dawn Kalina <br />Commissioner DJ Olson <br />Commissioner Bruce Thompson (Via Zoom) <br />Commissioner Jeannie Seppala <br />Commissioner Rebecca Oldenburg-Downing <br />Absent: Commissioner Jim Carciofini <br />Commissioner Jon Krueger <br />Staff: City Administrator Athanasia Lewis <br />City Planner Nathan Fuerst <br /> Council Liaison Russ Koski <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />There were two corrections to the agenda: 1. The meeting date should be listed as Wednesday and <br />2. There was no work session scheduled. <br />Motion by Commissioner Seppala, seconded by Commissioner Oldenburg-Downing, to <br />approve the agenda with the noted revisions.Roll Call: Chairperson Kalina, Commissioners <br />Oldenburg-Downing, Olson, Thompson and Seppala. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30p.m or shortly thereafter) <br />V. AWARDS, PRESENTATIONS, APPEARANCES <br />1. Concept Plan for Woods of Old Mill <br />City Planner Nathan Fuerst introduced this item as presented in the packet. The Woods of Old Mill <br />is the third and final phase of the Old Mill Estates development. The development is proposed as a <br />four lot, single family residential development on about 6.5 acres. The developer, Todd <br />Christianson, was present for questions. Discussion ensued and the Commission was in support of <br />the plan. There were no comments for Mr. Christianson. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />4 <br /> <br />
