PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />There were two corrections to the agenda: 1. The meeting date should be listed as Wednesday and <br />2. There was no work session scheduled. <br />Motion by Commissioner Seppala, seconded by Commissioner Oldenburg-Downing, to <br />approve the agenda with the noted revisions.Roll Call: Chairperson Kalina, Commissioners <br />Oldenburg-Downing, Olson, Thompson and Seppala. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:30p.m or shortly thereafter) <br />V. AWARDS, PRESENTATIONS, APPEARANCES <br />1. Concept Plan for Woods of Old Mill <br />City Planner Nathan Fuerst introduced this item as presented in the packet. The Woods of Old Mill <br />is the third and final phase of the Old Mill Estates development. The development is proposed as a <br />four lot, single family residential development on about 6.5 acres. The developer, Todd <br />Christianson, was present for questions.
