City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />December 11, 2025 <br />Acting Mayor Koski stated he is anxious to see what the pay study shows. He stated this has been the <br />practice in past years, and he would be in favor of this tonight. <br />Council Member Kubat asked if staff could look at this again and bring it back to Council for consideration <br />in January. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Rios to Approve <br />Resolution #25-043 - Adopting the 2026 Pay and Benefits Plan. Roll Call: Council Members <br />Broussard Vickers, Koski, Kubat and Rios, Mayor Golden Nay. Motion carried. <br />4. Res. #26-0XX - Financial Software <br />Finance Director DeJong reviewed the information contained in council’s packet and provided a Power <br />Point presentation. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Rios to Adopt Res. <br />#25-044 – Authorizing the City Administrator to Enter into a Contract with BS&A Software as <br />submitted. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members Broussard Vickers, Koski, Kubat and <br />Rios. Motion carried. <br />5. Liquor and Tobacco, and Massage Establishment License Renewals <br />a.Tobacco – Corner Express <br />b.Tobacco & 3.2 Liquor License – CenterMarket <br />c.Massage Establishment – Connor James Salon <br />d.Tobacco & Off-Sale Liquor – NY Liquor Co <br />e.On Sale & Sunday Liquor – Wiseguy’s Pizza <br />All entities have completed appropriate renewal documentation, paid appropriate fees, and received <br />successful background checks through the Centennial Lakes Police Department. <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat , seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to Approve <br />Licenses as presented. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members Broussard Vickers, Koski, <br />Kubat and Rios.
