<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />WORK SESSION & CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 22, 2026 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held its Work Session prior to its Regularly <br />Scheduled City Council Work Session meeting of January 22, 2026, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The City <br />Council held its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m., in Council Chambers. The regularly <br />scheduled meeting (6:30 p.m.) was live streamed by North Metro TV. <br />WORK SESSION (5:00 PM) <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor Koski called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. <br />1. Roll Call <br />Not Approved <br />PRESENT: Acting Mayor Russ Koski <br />Council Member Linda Broussard Vickers (via Zoom) <br />Council Member Anita Rios <br />Junior Council Member Garrett Schneider (Non-Voting) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Nancy Golden <br /> Council Member David Kubat <br />STAFF: City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br />City Engineer, Kellie Schlegel <br />COUNCIL WORKSESSION <br />II. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />1.Block 7 – Southwind Holding, LLC Concept Plan <br />City Administrator reviewed the information contained in council’s packet. <br />Discussion ensued regarding Southwind’s Concept Plan for a proposed project on Block 7, conformance of <br />the site and buildings with city standards, Comprehensive Plan guidance, existing zoning and setbacks along <br />with building facades, tree preservation, landscaping, site access, sidewalks and circulation. Brief discussion <br />was held regarding the possibility of alternative designs. <br />2.Lino Interconnect Update <br />Administrator Lewis stated that staff discussed a proposed resolution to the north end interconnect issue <br />and stated that an update would be given at the next meeting. <br />3.Update – Well #1 <br />73 <br /> <br />
