City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />January 22, 2026 <br />Administrator Lewis provided an update that Traut Companies had been hired to complete the Well #1 <br />maintenance project located at Tracie Joy McBride Memorial Park. She stated that staff were pleased with <br />the positive progress that had been made in the first week. Administrator Lewis stated that the well-casing <br />and aquifer are in suitable condition. <br />Brief discussion ensued. <br />III.ADJOURNMENT <br />Acting Mayor Koski adjourned the Work Session at 6:25 p.m. allowing for a five-minute break prior <br />to the start of the Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />I. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Acting Mayor Koski provided an opportunity for staff and council to add or delete items. <br />Administrator Lewis noted on the Consent Agenda the addition of the Pay Equity Report Acceptance and <br />the addition of Well #1 – Progress & Repairs Needed under Old Business. <br />Motion by Council Member Rios, seconded by Council Member Broussard, to Approve the agenda as <br />amended.
