City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />January 22, 2026 <br />Council Member Rios stated that she appreciated the recommendation to appoint Rebecca Oldenburg- <br />Downing for the Planning & Zoning Commission vacancy. <br />Motion by Council Member Rios, seconded by Acting Mayor Koski to Approve Consent Agenda Item <br />#4 as presented. Roll Call: Acting Mayor Koski, Council Members Broussard Vickers and Rios in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br />VII.OLD BUSINESS. <br />1. Well #1 – Progress & Repairs Needed <br />Public Works Director, Charlie Lehn reviewed the information that was contained in council’s packet. He <br />stated that the first phase went well during the first week, but the pump and motor were recommended for <br />replacement. He explained that the amount previously approved was $58,000 and with the recommendations <br />for replacement, they could be completed. <br />Brief discussion was held. <br />Motion by Council Member Rios, seconded by Acting Mayor Koski to Approve the Recommended <br />Maintenance Procedures and Equipment Listed in the Attached Memo Contained in Council’s Packet <br />and Exhibit A #16, 17, 18, 21, 22 and 23 for Well #1 According to Alternate Unit Pricing Per Contract, <br />Not to Exceed $67,000. Roll Call: Acting Mayor Koski, Council Members Broussard Vickers and Rios <br />in favor.
