City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />January 22, 2026 <br />IV. APPOINTMENTS & PRESENTATIONS <br />1. None. <br />1.Annual Visit from Senator Heather Gustafson <br />Senator Heather Gustafson introduced herself to council, provided an update for the upcoming legislative <br />session and stated that it was a bonding/policy year. Senator Gustafson reviewed some bills that council may <br />be interested in. <br />Brief discussion was had. <br />2.Bolton & Menk – Downtown Master Plan Project <br />City Planner, Nathan Fuerst, provided an update of the Downtown Master Plan Project and reviewed a Power <br />Point with them. He gave a brief overview of parts of the Comprehensive Plan and the existing Master Plan. <br />City Planner Fuerst stated that a visual preference survey would be completed shortly for the public to <br />participate in and that an Open House was also being planned. <br />V.PUBLIC HEARING <br />1.None. <br />VI.CONSENT AGENDA <br />1.City of Centerville Claims through January 22, 2025 (E2621 & E2622-2647, Check #38079- <br />38117 W/Voided Check #38087 & 38095) <br />2.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through January 8, 2026 (Check #16008-16022, <br />E2026001-E2026007) & Payroll Check #16005-16007) <br />3.Centennial Fire District Claims through January 13, 2026 (Check #10022-10027 & E2026001) <br />4.P & Z Recommendation for Appointment – Rebecca Oldenburg-Downing <br />5.Pheasant Lane Manhole Rehabilitation <br />6.Request for Proposal (RFP) for 2050 Comprehensive Plan <br />7.August 13, 2025, Open House, City Council & Closed Executive Session Meeting Minutes <br />8.August 27, 2025, Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes <br />9.Pay Equity Report Acceptance <br />Acting Mayor Koski provided an opportunity for members to pull items for additional discussion. <br />Council Member Rios requested that Consent Agenda Item # 4 be removed for comments. <br />Motion by Council Member Rios, seconded by Council Member Kubat to Approve Items #1-3, 5-9 on <br />the Consent Agenda, as presented.
