ROLL CALL <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Councilmember Anita Rios <br />Lloyd Drilling <br />ABSENT: Linda Broussard <br />STAFF: City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Drilling to approve the <br />agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1.
