Year to Date Financials <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed this report as presented in the packet. <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson and seconded by Commissioner Rios to approve the <br />financial report as presented in the packet. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />3. Ongoing Programs <br />Executive Director Lewis noted that there was no report. <br />4. AdministratorÓs Report <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the AdministratorÓs Report as presented in the packet. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Holiday Decorations <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced this item as presented in the packet. Discussion ensued about <br />inexpensive decorations, such as wrapping the light poles downtown. <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Shop Local Campaign <br />Executive Director introduced this item as presented in the packet. Discussion ensued about <br />gauging interest from our businesses about having an event before the summer and/or on Small <br />Business Saturday. Executive Director Lewis will send an email out to our local businesses. <br />X.
