PUBLIC WORKS <br />Public Works has been working with an Eagle Scout on the <br />installation of three bat houses in the park system and that project <br />has been completed. These bat houses are located at Acorn Creek, <br />Tracie Joy McBride, and Laurie LaMotte Memorial Parks. <br />Special Thank you to PW Crews for their hard work plowing over <br />the weekend during the snowstorm. <br /> <br />SBM FIRE DISTRICT <br /> <br />The snowstorm over this past weekend kept SBM crews busy. Centerville was busy all <br />weekend. Crews were quick, responsive, and made a difference. With the snow, Fire <br />Station 3 was staffed Saturday night into Sunday morning (the rest of the weekend had <br />standard staffing). On scene arrival, even with the snowstorm was 2 minutes 28 seconds <br />for the calls. Great Job SBM. <br /> <br /> <br />CENTENNIAL LAKES POLICE DEPARTMENT (CLPD) <br />Chief Mork has announced his retirement, and there will be a Special Meeting of the Police Governing Board <br />to approve hiring a search firm for his replacement. Chief Mork will be with CLPD through the end of June. <br /> <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />th <br />The Commission will review two applications for conditional use permits at their meeting on April 7. The <br />Sutton Transportation expansion will require review of the parking and site plan.
