City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 26, 2026 <br />City Administrator Lewis stated that she was looking for direction regarding the necessity of going out <br />for Request for Proposals as when the city was looking for a City Planner, she was very exposed to <br />contracted offerings. She stated that she felt that utilizing Bolten and Menk would be a great fit. <br />Council recommended that the addition of one contractor would be good and directed staff to complete <br />an interview. <br />4. Centerville Road Î Mid-Block Crossing <br />City Administrator Lewis stated that there were discussions regarding a pedestrian crossing being installed <br />on Centerville Road south of Hunters Trail and north of Dupre Road by the Anoka County Highway <br />Department. It was stated that the cityÓs share would be approximately $25,000 and the CountyÓs share <br />would match. <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Golden adjourned the Work Session at 6:16 p.m. allowing for a break prior to commencing <br />the regularly scheduled Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />I.
