COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 26- <br />A RESOLUTION DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO PAY CERTAIN CLAIMS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to pay claims in a timely manner; and <br />WHEREAS, the city has established internal accounting and administrative control <br />procedures to ensure the proper disbursement of public funds and provides for council review <br />of the City Administrator's actions at the next meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the city prepares annual audited financial statements certified by an <br />independent public accountant; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Centerville, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, that the authority to pay regularly <br />recurring claims when the interval between meetings exceeds two weeks is hereby <br />delegated to the City Administrator or her designee. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 23rd day of April, 2026. <br />Nancy Golden, Mayor <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
