The FAR is 0.11. The expansion will be of <br />precast concrete wall construction to match the existing building. Work Includes: <br />Site work, including modifications/expansion to the existing parking for additional 13 spaces, <br />additional site lighting, landscaping and new amenity patio area with prefabricated pavilion <br />structure. <br />Construction of new building expansion including concretefoundation, flooring and wall <br />panels, steel columns, joists and roof deck, electrical power and lighting, and heating. <br />20 <br /> <br />
