The <br />following are our initial engineering comments for the proposed expansion: <br />Comments <br />General <br />1. It does not appear that the proposed improvements will impact traffic on the adjacent city streets. If <br />this were to change, the applicant shall prepare a Traffic Control Plan and obtain City approval prior <br />to any impacts to local roadways. <br />2. Final approval by the Rice Creek Watershed District must be attained before any site grading or <br />activity may commence. <br />Erosion Control/SWPPP <br />1. Compliance with the SWPPP shall be required for construction. Application shall submit a copy of <br />the NPDES Construction permit to the City prior to the start of construction activities. <br />Site Plan <br />1. The plans should clarify where the standard duty and heavy duty bituminous pavement sections <br />shall be used. <br />2. Applicant shall confirm that the proposed concrete pavement section matches the existing concrete <br />pavement section. <br />35 <br /> <br />
