It appears that the existing contours shown on Sheet C2 do not match the existing contours shown <br />on Sheet C5. Plans should be updated accordingly. The existing grading should reflect as-built <br />conditions. <br />2. It appears that the proposed improvements will disturb slightly more than 1 acre and create <br />additional impervious area. The application shall obtain a permit from the watershed for the <br />proposed improvements and provide a copy of the permit to the city prior to approval. <br />3. A stormwater management plan shall be provided to confirm that stormwater management is in <br />accordance with City of Centerville and Rice Creek Watershed District Standards. <br />a. If the proposed expansion was accounted for under the stormwater management plan <br />submitted with the initial development, please submit that plan to the City for review. <br />4. All walls higher than 4Ó shall be designed by a certified engineer and the design and certification of <br />those walls shall be provided to the city. <br />Other Comments <br />1. The applicant shall provide the City a detailed work schedule.
