2.Fees. In consideration for the Services provided by Running Ventures under this Contract, <br />Race Organizer agrees to pay Running Ventures: <br />a.Race Management fee of $1500.00 <br />b.A race timing fee of $4.50 per registered participant, subject to a minimum race time <br />fee of $350.00. <br />c.A charge of $.35 each for race bibs provided by Running Ventures to the Race <br />Organizer <br />3.Race Organizer obligations. Race Organizer will assume the following obliations as it relates to <br />the timing of the Race by Running Ventures: <br />a.Recruit sponsors and volunteers <br />b.In lieu of volunteers, Running Ventures team member(s) can be provided at a rate of <br />$45/hour <br />c.Ensure website developer and others have correct information <br />d.Procure the event t-shirts, design artwork and coordinate Logo Art contest <br />e.Other responsibilities as mutually agreed upon <br />4.Entire Agreement.
