Conditions <br />1.All conditions established in the CUP for a Truck Terminal use as approved by the City of Centerville on October 27, 2021 <br />for the subject property shall remain in complete effect. <br />2.Property Owner shall revise the project plans and provide any additional information as required by the City Engineering <br />Memo dated March 25, 2026, as may be amended, prior to issuance of a building permit for the improvements. <br />3.Property Owner shall construct and maintain the Subject Property and improvements contained thereon in accordance with <br />the approved plans, which are attached to this report, and hereby incorporated as conditions of this Permit. <br />4.Snow storage cannot take place in any public rights-of-way, and snow piles may take up no more than 10 percent of the <br />required parking on site. <br />5.The Landowner is responsible for all of the conditions set forth in this Permit. <br />6.In addition to all civil penalties and remedies for violation of this Permit, violation of this permit is a misdemeanor criminal <br />offense. <br /> <br />
