City of Centerville Claims through April 23, 2025 (Checks #38265-38274 & E2751-2757). <br />2. March 26, 2026, Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes <br />3. PC Pyrotechnics, Inc. – Fireworks Contract – Fete des Lacs. <br />4. Encroachment Agreement – 1707 Dupre Road, Fence <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Koski provided an opportunity for members to pull items for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers requested Item #4 be pulled for comment. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Rios to Approve <br />Consent Agenda Items #1-3 as presented. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members Broussard <br />Vickers, Koski and Rios in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked if the fence was being changed and Administrator Lewis <br />concurred. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Rios to Approve <br />Consent Agenda Item #4 as presented. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members Broussard <br />Vickers, Koski and Rios in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Res. #26-0XX – Adopting Delegation Authority to Pay Certain Claims <br /> <br />Administrator Lewis reviewed the resolution and stated that staff were requesting to be allowed to make <br />recurring payments in the interim when there are more than two weeks between meetings due to calendar <br />anomalies. Administrator Lewis stated that this authority would be delegated to the City Administrator or <br />designee and all checks would be required to have two signatures. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Rios, to Adopt Res. <br />#26-007 – Adopting Delegating Authority to Pay Certain Claims. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council <br />Members Broussard Vickers, Koski, and Rios in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Reschedule June 25, 2026, Work Session & City Council Meeting <br /> <br />City Administrator Lewis stated that it was anticipated that there would not be a quorum for the June 25, <br />2026, meeting and council concurred that a Work Session and Council meeting would be held on June 22, <br />2026. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
