<br />Approved <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />WORK SESSION & CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 22, 2026 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville City Council held its regularly scheduled <br />Work Session at 5:00 p.m. and City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m., in Council Chambers. Due to technical <br />difficulties with audio and video, this meeting was not live-streamed and the minutes will be a synopsis <br />of the meeting. <br /> <br />WORK SESSION MEETING <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Nancy Golden <br />Councilmember Linda Broussard <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Anita Rios <br />Junior Council Member Garrett Schneider (Non-Voting) <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br /> City Planner, Nathan Fuerst <br /> City Engineer, Kellie Schlegel <br /> Finance Director, Bruce DeJong <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Golden called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Lewis stated that Candidate Jim Weatherhead withdrew his application for <br />consideration as a Council candidate and that she would like to add the following additional items to the <br />Work Session Agenda: Midblock Crossing (Centerville Road) and Lino Lakes Interconnect. Council <br />concurred. <br /> <br />II. ITEMS OF DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1. Candidate Interview for Council Vacancy <br /> <br />a. Kale Haluptzok <br /> <br />Mr. Kale Haluptzok appeared before Council and was asked a predetermined set of questions which were <br />contained in Council’s packet. <br /> <br />Mr. Haluptzok, introduced himself, answered questions. <br /> <br />2. 2027 Street/Trail Project <br /> <br /> <br />
