City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />September 13, 2006 <br /> 3. CLPD Flag Pole <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated that the flag pole is up and the Scouts raised it and the light will <br />be going in and Council will receive an invitation to the flag raising on October 2, 2006 <br />at 6:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Terway indicated he would like to draft a letter to the Scouts thanking <br />them. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated the Chief will do something to thank them. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee brought up a lawn complaint and said he thinks the house is vacant <br />on the NW corner of Brian Drive. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that Staff would look into it as there have been some <br />security issues with it. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra thanked Staff for organizing the fall garage sale days and clean-up day and <br />noted the deadline is September 15 and the garage sale is September 22 & 23, 2006. <br /> <br />Council adjourned to executive session for labor negotiations at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />X.
