<br /> <br />Figure 6. September 1998, Minnesota Design Team design for Centerville area trails <br /> <br />In September 1998, the Minnesota Design Team worked with the City of Centerville. Figure 6 <br />shows diagrams that sparked the development of a comprehensive trail plan for the Centerville <br />area. A meeting of the Design Team with hundreds of residents clearly identified a desire for <br />trails and highlighted the potential that exists in Centerville for a good system of trails. <br /> <br />A wide variety of people have expressed support for the Clearwater Trail project. Residents of <br />Centerville, households adjacent to the trail, biking enthusiasts, and representatives from Anoka <br />County Parks Department, Lino Lakes, Hugo and surrounding communities have all expressed <br />their support for the Clearwater Trail.
