As a part of this analysis, the following
regional traffic management and infrastructure improvements were identified as development
issues:

1. Half mile intersection spacing on CSAH 54 north of C8AH 14. The first access
point is aligned with the existing 73Td Avenue in Centcrville. Additional access
points north of 73rd will follow the Vi mile spacing criteria. All other access
points for the development will be directed to a local collector (21st Avenue)
running parallel with CSAH S4 to be constructed with the development.

2. Reconstruction ofCSAH S4 to a four lane divided roadway from CSAH 14
through 73rd Avenue (Y2 mile). The cost of this improvement will be the
responsibility of the developer) including signalization of the intersection.

3. Improvements to CSAH 54 at the next proposed intersection Y2 mile north of 73rd
Avenue in the form ofturn lanes and signalization as dictated by the traffic
analysis. The cost of these improvements will be the responsibility of the
developer.

Affirmative Action I Equal Opportunity Employer

~5
