CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> NOVEMBER 8, 2006 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on November 8, 2006, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Mary Capra <br /> Council Member Tom Lee <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member Richard Terway <br /> Council Member Michelle Lakso <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />None <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />City Engineer Statz <br /> City Administrator Larson <br /> City Attorney Glaser <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the November 8, 2006, City Council meeting to order at 6:43 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />rd <br />1. Hunter’s Crossing, 3 Addition Special Assessments Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Capra opened the hearing at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that the project is complete enough to ascertain the <br />costs and those have been divided amongst the lots of the projects and this hearing is to <br />certify the assessment roll. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to close <br />the public hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra closed the public hearing at 6:47 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Delinquent Utilities/Garbage Public Hearing <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that this happens every year and noted that there is a <br />window of time where someone can pay before next week and they would not be <br />certified to the taxes. <br /> <br />
