City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting <br />November 8, 2006 <br />Council Member Lakso asked if someone is billed if the garbage does not go out. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that whether or not you place garbage at the curb <br />the resident is charged a monthly service fee. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway, to close the <br />public hearing at 6:50 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Capra added November meeting schedule, acknowledging death of County <br /> Administrator McLinden, and schedule a meeting for canvassing board. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar trail crossing at Centerville Road through Pheasant Marsh. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Lee to approve <br />the Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br /> 1. October 25, 2006 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Capra inquired whether it was the City Attorney or City Engineer who made the <br />comment on Page 2 of 7. City Engineer Statz indicated that it was he. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked to have the regular meeting adjournment information added <br />subsequent to the executive session. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to <br />approve the October 25, 2006 City Council meeting Minutes as amended. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Members Paar and Lee abstained from voting. <br /> <br />2. October 25, 2006 Work Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br /> Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Terway, to <br />approve the October 25, 2006 City Council Worksession minutes as presented. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> Council Members Paar and Lee abstained from voting. <br /> <br />V.
