The Governing Board has considered several <br />suggestions for the distribution of the Remaining Funds of the Hospital District, and <br />finds that the proposal contained in the Petition for Dissolution is fair, reasonable, <br />just, and equitable. The Board also finds that the Remaining Funds are, at least in <br />part, the result of tax revenue raised for the purpose of delivery of healthcare within <br />the District, and, accordingly, the Cities in the District should be strongly encouraged <br />to use their ponion of the Remaining Funds for a purpose related to hea1thcare. <br /> <br />I. All indebtedness of the Hospital District has been paid, or will be paid, upon the full <br />compliance with all of the conditions contained in this Order. <br /> <br />J. The Governing Board has received a report from the Treasurer of the Hospital <br />District and finds that the Remaining Funds of the Hospital District which shall be <br />available for distribution to the constituent municipalities, upon the compliance and <br />completion of the conditions of this Order, is in the amount of approximately <br />$86,915.60. <br /> <br />K. The constituent municipalities of the Hospital District (also referred to as the "related <br />governmental subdivisions" in Minn. Stat. ~447.38, Subd. I) are as follows: <br /> <br />. The City of Lino Lakes <br />. The City of Hugo <br />. The City of Forest Lake <br />. The City of Centerville <br />. The City of Columbus <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AND FINAL ORDER OF DISSOLUTION <br /> <br />I. Pursuant to the above Recitals and Findings, the Governing Board hereby directs and <br />orders that the following actions be taken pursuant to Minn. Stat. Section 447: <br /> <br />a The Clerk shall deliver to Treasurer of the Hospital District a copy of this <br />Resolution and Final Order of Dissolution; <br /> <br />b. The Clerk shall send for filing with the Anoka and Washington County <br />Auditors of certified copies of this Resolution and Final Order of Dissolution, <br />together with the request that the same be filed with the County Recorder as a <br />public record; <br /> <br />c. The County Auditor of Washington County shall be requested to transmit a <br />certified copy of this Resolution and Final Order of Dissolution to the <br />Secretary of State to be filed as a public record. <br /> <br />d.
